I’m smack-dab in the middle of multiple books (The Guardian of Hope series is not all I work on). And it’s hard. Middles of books are hard. But of course, being in the middle of anything is hard.
If you’re not athletic, imagine starting an exercise routine. Initially? Super exciting. You’re pumped to do it, and you often notice drastic improvements quickly. The rate-of-return in exercise is massive at the start. Then a few weeks go by, and the drive is gone.

You really do. I know I’m not the first person to say this or talk about this, but I’m a firm believer in it. I have also come to realize that most people do not like to share their story, do not think it’s interesting, or some combination of the two.
Which I think is really interesting, and sad. Sure, most of us don’t encounter dragons as we make our way to school or work, and can’t fly off to save people, or whatever adventure you imagine yourself in. But you are the only one of yourself, and your story will be like no other. You have a story. Maybe it’s not the happiest story – or maybe it’s not the most dramatic – but you have a story!

I’m not kidding.
I can’t tell you how long I’ve been working on getting myself to get off my lazy rear (mentally) and get this website completed. However, I have finally done it! It’s not much, but it’s a start, and for me, I needed this start very much.
Ironically, I don’t often struggle with starting a story…but we can talk about that another time. Apparently just websites give me trouble.
Nonetheless, it is done, and I look forward to building out this site with ideas and thoughts that inspire dreams of adventures in you!
